PATIENT PREPARATION – specimens must be collected at 10 weeks of gestation or greater

COLLECT – black and tan-top cell free DNA BCT

SPECIMEN PREPARATION – transport 10 ml whole blood

STORAGE/TRANSPORT TEMPERATURE – refrigerated

STABILITY – refrigerated: 10 days

UNACCEPTABLE CONDITION – ambient and frozen specimens
